I found the staff quite lovely, very polite. They were always helpful. The service in the restaurant was professional. The food was hot and there was a good choice available. I noticed the whole hotel was neat and clean.
The room and bathroom seemed a bit dated. I noticed the bathroom by the bar was upgraded, so hopefully all the rooms will be upgraded soon. The breakfast was really poor. I did not eat much as the sausages looked uncooked and everything looked greasy.

The staff was nice enough so that was acceptable.
I got a family room in the converted attic space it was not great for someone tall. The bathroom looked tired and needed some care the toilet flush was loose.
